Henry M. Nahmad

Chief Executive Officer and President

Henry M. Nahmad has served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 2015 when he acquired a controlling interest in the Company. Under Mr. Nahmad’s leadership, the Company has grown from one operating business in Miami, FL with 30 employees to a rapidly expanding enterprise that holds a commanding position within its industry. Mr. Nahmad’s vision, long-term growth strategy, and execution thereof has led to rapid growth and recognition as the foremost leader in the North American commercial laundry industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nahmad worked in various capacities at Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO), a Fortune 500 company and the largest distributor of HVAC/R products in the world, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in the execution of the buy-and-build strategy. Mr. Nahmad earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas and a Master’s in Business Administration from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Mr. Nahmad is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is an active member in charitable organizations.

Robert H. Lazar

Chief Financial Officer

Robert H. Lazar has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lazar served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer from 2000 to 2016 for Steiner Leisure Limited, a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Lazar also served as a Senior Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP from August 1995 to June 2000 and in various other auditor positions from September 1987 until August 1995. Mr. Lazar earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master’s of Accounting from the University of Miami.

Tom Marks

Executive Vice President - Business Development

Tom Marks has served as Executive Vice President of the Company since October 2016 and serves as the President of the Company’s Western Laundry Group. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Marks served as Executive Vice President of Western State Design, the Company’s first acquisition of a commercial laundry business, where he was also a partner to Dennis Mack for over fifteen years. Mr. Marks is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy that led to Western’s recognition as one of the foremost commercial laundry distributors and service providers in the United States. As a member of the Company’s executive team, Mr. Marks is integral in the execution of the Company’s long-term buy and build growth strategy.
