Henry M. Nahmad

Henry M. Nahmad is Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company

Mr. Nahmad was elected to the Board in March 2015.  He has more than fourteen years of experience in the execution of the buy and build strategy, specifically in the industrial products distribution sector.

David Blyer

David Blyer is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in a variety of industries.  Currently, he is President and Chief Executive Officer of Donor Community Inc., a company he founded that provides a software platform to non-profit organizations to assist in their operational and fundraising activities.  Among many other ventures, Mr. Blyer also was Co-Chairman of Stone Profiles LLC (formerly Profiles in Concrete, Inc.), a manufacturer and installer of architectural cast stone for the residential and commercial construction markets, from January 2005 until March 2010.

Mr. Blyer has served as a director of the Company since November 1998.  He is a director because of the extensive experience he has in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies and in creating efficient operation strategies.

Alan M. Grunspan

Alan M. Grunspan has been a Shareholder of the law firm of Carlton Fields since 2004.  Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Mr. Grunspan was a member of the law firm of Kaufman Dickstein & Grunspan, P.A. since 1989.  Mr. Grunspan has over twenty-five years of legal experience in general business matters with a keen understanding of the industry in which the Company operates and environmental matters, including those that particularly pertain to the dry cleaning and laundry industry.

Mr. Grunspan has served as a director of the Company since May 1999.  He is a director because of the legal expertise and management experience he provides to the Company.

Timothy P. LaMacchia

Tim LaMacchia has over 30 years of experience in public accounting serving numerous clients across a variety of industries, including large and or rapidly growing publicly traded businesses.  He started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP and was admitted to the partnership in 2008 after 11 years of service.  In 2012, Tim joined Ernst and Young as a partner before retiring from Ernst and Young in June of 2017 with over 19 years of service as a partner of two large public accounting firms.

Tim graduated from Florida International University in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting and he previously served on both the Miami Museum of Science and Neat Stuff Board of Directors.

Hal M. Lucas

Hal M. Lucas is an attorney in private practice. He is a founding partner of the law firm of Lucas Savitz P.L. (and its predecessor), where Mr. Lucas has practiced since 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Lucas was an attorney at the law firm of Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A. from 2008 to 2011 and at the law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Lucas also served as Of Counsel to Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Lucas obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from The Johns Hopkins University. He was elected to the Board in November 2015.  He is a Director due to his  experience in legal and business matters gained from his career as a practicing attorney and his co-founding and co-management of Lucas Savitz P.L.

Todd Oretsky

Todd Oretsky is an entrepreneur who throughout his career has successfully bought, started, and built businesses. Today, Mr. Oretsky serves as the Manager of Jack Oretsky Holdings LLC, an investment company that he founded in January 2006, which targets and invests in underperforming and early stage businesses. In 2012, Mr. Oretsky founded Inspired Work Communities LLC, otherwise known as Pipeline Workspaces. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pipeline, which under his leadership has gained recognition as a leader in its market segment. Mr. Oretsky began his professional career at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in 1999.Mr. Oretsky was elected to the Board in May 2015.  He was elected to the Board because of his experience in buying, and building businesses.

Michael S. Steiner

Michael S. Steiner is Executive Vice President of the Company and is the President of Steiner-Atlantic Corp., one the Company’s business units, a position has held since 1988.  Previously, Mr. Steiner served the Company as Chairman of the Board from December 2012 until March 2015, and President and CEO of the Company from November 1998 until March 2015.

Mr. Steiner has been a director of the Company since November 1998.  His twenty five years of leadership and operational experience, broad knowledge of our Company, and longstanding industry relationships are invaluable to the Board and the Company.
