Process and Change Management Lead – Service Operations

Duties & Responsibilities
We're looking for a resourceful and collaborative Process Lead to join our growing EVI Technology team as we continue transforming our field operations through better process design, adoption support, and cross-functional alignment.
As a Process Lead, you'll work closely with operations, service leadership, and our product owners to understand current challenges, identify areas for improvement, and help translate those into scalable solutions and change adoption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and tools—particularly in a service-driven environment.
Travel Expectations: 40+%
Requirements
Lead cross-functional discussions to map current state and define future state workflows
Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into clear documentation and process standards
Partner with product and training teams to support successful rollouts
Create communications and adoption strategies for key initiatives
Ensure field teams are equipped to embrace new tools and processes
Monitor and iterate on processes post-launch to drive continuous improvement
